Message Take Aways:

1. King Uzziah represented a fresh era of positivity for the kingdom of Judah after the disappointing end of his father’s reign emerging as a youthful, strong, intelligent successor who sought the Lord—“Through the LORD’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23

2. As King Uzziah sought the Lord, the kingdom of Judah was blessed with extraordinary prosperity, thriving civically, militarily, and intellectually—“But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you.” Luke 12:31

3. The stubborn pride of King Uzziah led him to resist godly counsel, bringing terrible consequences and leaving a tragic blemish upon an otherwise glorious reign—“A man’s pride will bring him low, But the humble in spirit will retain honor.” Proverbs 29:23
